The group operates a 'help on request' service for PCs, Macs, tablets and phones. U3A members can email Computing Group Leader and request help with a problem. The request will be passed to a panel of knowledgeable people who will offer help via telephone or in person, as appropriate. The one to one sessions could be at the requestor's house or a suitable alternative venue.

Group meetings will be held as and when members feel a need to discuss or have demonstrated a common area of interest.

N.B. There is a Wiltshire Council Scheme 'Wiltshire Online' to help people with computer problems that meets every 3rd Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00pm in the Library. It's free and all are welcome. They also will do one-to-one sessions if that would be more helpful. For further details, please visit Wiltshire Online.
